Equipped for one or two persons the Apartments feature a combined living and bedroom as well as an en-suite bathroom and an own separate kitchen - fully equiped with a refrigerator, a microwave, several hot plates, a coffee machine, a tea maker/kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, kitchen tools and partially even with an oven.
A telephone line (alternatively a digital ISDN line) as well as a broadband link to the Internet are also available in all apartments.
The modern TV set with remote control and TV text offers a variety of german and international channels available via cable in Heidelberg.
All Apartments have wide windows and a large balcony to make you feel comfortable and give you a high quality of living outside in the sun on your balcony and inside in the bright rooms.
The Apartments have 33m2, 42m2 and 47m2 and are service once a week.
Smoking is prohibited inside all of the apartments but easily possible on the balconies.
The site features a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as a bicycle port, free car parking and garages. Bicycles can be rented.
A variety of shops and even a weekly market can be found nearby.
From the bus stop just 70 m away or the tram station in 450 m you can reach the S-Bahn, the center of town with the central station and Heidelberg's old town directly and conveniently.
